It is a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help.
Shout is powered by a team of Crisis Volunteers, who are at the heart of the service.
You can get support with your mental health by texting ‘SHOUT‘ to 85258.
Texting is free, anonymous and off-bill on all major networks.
