HOLIDAY DELIVERY

ilapothecary offers guaranteed delivery by 24th of December for your gifts if you place your UK order with Next Day Delivery by Friday 18th December at 2 pm GMT.

All orders will be processed normally up until Wednesday 23rd of December 4 pm and then again from Monday 4th of January 9 am onwards.

As our deliveries department will be closed from the 23rd of December to the 4th of January 2021.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges can be seen in detail before your checkout since they depend on country and weight. Please note that these charges are exclusive of any customs duties payable in destination countries outside of Europe.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy. So, in the unlikely event that a product you purchased online is broken or faulty, we are happy to let you know that you may apply for a replacement or a refund within 15 days of the purchase date by emailing us a picture of the product & the delivery box to customersupport@ilapothecary.com. In such case, we will also cover the delivery costs for your replacement.

In the unlikely event that you experience an allergic reaction to a product, please email us a picture of the affected area, in order for our lab to investigate and proceed to a potential exchange or refund.

Unfortunately, we do not replace or refund products that are fine and have no issue.

Regarding in-store returns, if a product has an issue, we are happy to exchange it with the same product or a product of the same value at our shop 99KCS.

If you have purchased products through one of our stockists, you will need to visit them directly for a return or exchange.
